How long will my order be shipped?

This 5-year Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, odinlake will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
If my package has been damaged or defected, what should I do?
As soon as you receive a dented box or open a package only to discover broken merchandise. Take pictures to document the condition of the delivery when it arrived.
